Prices and conditions
The arrival should be on the agreed day between 15 o'clock and 18 o'clock.
On the departure day you can book your starting time for playing golf from 10:30 o'clock, because you have to leave the appartment for the cleaning staff at 10 o'clock.
All prices are incl. end cleaning and two persons staying in the appartment.

If the rent time is shorter than one week please notice that we take 10% more.
Please understand that the minimum rent time is 3 nights for example arrival on Thursday and departure on Sunday.
Cancelling conditions:
Until the 29. day before arrival you pay 20 % of the total price,
from 28. until 15. days before arrival you pay 40 % of the total price,
from 14. until the arrival day or no show you pay 80% of the total price.
We recommend Cancellation insurance.
Discounts:
At the Golf & Country Club Fleesensee you get a green fee discount of 10%.In the Fleesensee SPA you get 50 % on bathing/swimming, on others 25 %.
